Description : This is a complete accounting software which
Includes
all kind of financial accounting transactions usually performed in the company.
It
is a multi user, client/server based software with reports designer feature
(users can design the reports in their own formats by using the built in report
generator) and having bilingual interface of English and Arabic with help being
developed in English And Arabic.
In
the accounting part it includes maintaining chart of accounts, Fixed Assets and
depreciation management, Account payables, Account Receivables, Credit and
Debit Notes, General Payments and General Receivables, Account Reconciliation,
Journal Entries, etc,. and having all kinds of reports
for financial analysis like Profit and Loss statement, trail balance and
Balance sheet. Creating new financial year and Posting the accounting balances
at the end of each financial year.
This software also
consists of Inventory control management which includes maintaining products
details, product categories, Suppliers details, Customers details, inventory
adjustment, purchase and sales of products, sales returns and purchase return
of items with multi warehouse facility and stock transfer between warehouses
and produces all the necessary periodical reports. It is having sending and
receiving the offline transactions done at branches to the main branch. To work
in multi user environment record locking features also incorporated.
Database connectivity
is achieved by DAO with backend MSAccess currently migrating the system to

Vacation Benefits etc.) and Deductions (Like Absents, Delay, Insurance
etc.), loans or any advance payments to employees, employees contracts and
renewing the contracts. It produces all the necessary periodical reports.
